It’s so simple to prepare!
Spread hummus on a platter.
Top with a variety of colorful mediterranean vegetables, such as:
red onion, cucumber, grape or cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, orange bell pepper, and fresh oregano.
Serve with crackers or pita bread.
